How the rental fee works

Every venue, sport and club is different. The quote can vary with scoreboard choice, travel distance, tolls and parking, setup and supervision time, number of games and event days, attendance, entry fees, sponsorship, event scale and the support needed on site. Every quote can be discussed. If the guide price feels too high for your event, please contact us so we can review the details together. All displayed amounts are indicative fees, subject to confirmation of the venue, date, equipment and schedule. Newtown, Penshurst, Sydney City and North Sydney have a higher travel rate because of the extra fuel and time from St Marys. For bookings longer than two days, please contact us to discuss the schedule and an affordable fee for your club. Longer play, tolls, parking, staffing needs and unusual venues may require a revised quote.
